Whether you want to rebuild on an existing lot, build on a lot that you already own, or are planning to purchase a lot, Bacchus Homes is there for you from the beginning to the end of your project. We will assist you in verifying that the site is buildable, and we will make sure the lot coverage and restrictions are met. The lot(s) will be surveyed and plans drawn to fit the site and city requirements. Once ready to build we will coordinate; the demolition, tree removal, city water or well, city sewer or septic, and utilities to the site. Bacchus Homes will guide you through the whole process, one step at a time!
